Pet emergencies
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation at any time, please call ahead on 01481 723863 to ensure we are ready for your arrival.
During routine hours, your call will be answered by our reception team. Outside of these hours, you will be put through to the on-call vet.
We ultimately want your pets to be happy and healthy, so even if you are unsure if it is an emergency or not, do not hesitate to call us.
A member of our veterinary team is always on call and will be able to assist you.
As a guide, please see our initial emergency consultation fee:
- from £240.00 (6:30pm up to 10pm)
- from £292.95 (10pm to 8am)

Equine emergencies
If you and your horse require emergency treatment at any time, please contact us on 01481 723863. We will advise you on how to proceed and can arrange to visit you, if required.
On occasion, our on-call team may be busy with a patient and unable to answer their mobile phone straight away.
From £232.94 – this includes the visit and exam fees.
