Job Vacancies

Are you thinking about a career in the veterinary profession?

A career with Isabelle Vets is more than just a job. It is a vocational career. As you will see from our website, many staff members have been with us for many years. It is an opportunity to join a friendly, caring veterinary practice with excellent facilities and a working environment that aims to provide the best possible care for all animals on Guernsey as well as for yourself!

Veterinary Surgeon Wanted – permanent full-time

  • Do you find it difficult to achieve a work/life balance?
  • Does driving long distances between calls make you feel you are losing hours in the day?
  • Does working at an independent veterinary practice appeal to you?

We require a vet who has experience in and enjoys practicing quality small animal medicine and surgery, and equine medicine if you have a passion for it also. This opportunity will provide you with the facilities to completely work up your own cases and be part of a growing team.

The position would suit someone who is motivated and would like to develop their career.  Guernsey is a beautiful, safe environment and offers numerous sporting and leisure activities.  It is a great place to bring up a family, with many professional people relocating to the island where they find mutual support as working parents. In recent times, we have been fortunate enough to live relatively Covid free, without many of the mainland restrictions, due to the stance taken by our Government.
