Every client would like a rapid diagnosis for their pet when their health is threatened. If it is an orthopaedic problem an x-ray or a C.T. scan may be required, but if it is a medical issue it is often important to start with base principles and to explore organ function, blood cell parameters or certain hormonal conditions. Isabelle Vets has been able to undertake all of the routine laboratory testing for many years, but we recently have completed a full upgrade of our laboratory facilities, with new biochemical and haematology analysers that all link directly into the Practice Management system, allowing for instant updates of your pet’s clinical records.
The new laboratory is faster, offers a significant number of additional tests that previously had to be outsourced before and provides excellent clinical accuracy. Whether your pet has diabetes, poor kidneys, a blood infection or is epileptic, we should be able to give you the answers, FAST! The results can usually be obtained within minutes if an emergency has occurred.
